Returns & Exchanges

At ABC School Supplies, we want your students to feel confident in their school apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Shipping Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or your local ABC School Supplies retail branch.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned apparel, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
